There are many Old Spanish Bridges in Tayabas but not everybody knows the history of each old bridge. They did not know that bridges have significant to the history of Tayabas. Regarding this problem, We planned to install this information board in each bridge in order to inform the people who are going to these bridges.
This plan started by sending a letter to the Provincial Engineering Office through Engr. Johnny Pasatiempo on our Request for Permit regarding the installation of those signages which will be put beside and under the provincial roads. One signage near the Puente de Alitao was put in placed and the two other information board/signage were put just recently together with the two other signage from the Cultural Heritage Preservation Office. One was situated near the Puente de Francisco De Asis and two of them were put before and after the Puente de Isabel II in Barangay Malaoa, this City. The other one was placed beside the marker in Puente de Malagonlong. We are still looking for the fund for the other bridges and still researching for the information to be placed on the design for other more bridges.
